Our journey started way back in 1989, when Richard P McHugh (Dick McHugh) started to teach NLP at Bangalore. . A Jesuit Priest and a Ph.D holder in NLP, he was responsible in bringing NLP to India . Richard Mc.Hugh did his training in NLP under the founders (Richard Bandler and John Grinder ) and started to teach NLP  to Priests and religious in early 80's at Sadhana Institute Lonavala Pune India, where Sr. Cynthia was his student.  Sr. Cynthia Gonsalves, Psy.D. (FMM)  motivated Richard McHugh to train and conduct the NLP certification courses at Bangalore, India.

When Richard McHugh started teaching NLP at Bangalore, our founder Leo Lobo  and Stephen Titus were one of the few first students who studied  under him.

Dr. Richard P McHugh with Stephen Titus and Leo Lobo

Leo Lobo was a professor and Head of Department of Electronics at St. Josephs College Bangalore. Alongside his teaching he perused his passion of training through NLP.

Sr. Cynthia Gonsalves, Leo Lobo, Stepen Titus started experimenting NLP with students and continued conducting programs in Leadership and Personality Development for the college    students. This success made them expand their training to the teaching faculty of their college as well as teachers of various schools and colleges and  to the corporate sector.

Leo Lobo found immense joy and passion in conducting these training Programmes which thereby prompted him to take voluntary retirement and start Nova Bangalore in 2000 which grew to Nova India in 2005 and subsequently into Exordia.

During these years Leo Lobo, Stephen Titus  with Cynthia Gonsalves were assisting Richard P McHugh in his NLP certification programmes held at Bangalore and were continuously getting mentored by Richard Mc..Hugh and Dr.Cynthia Gosalves.
